Training
I have been involved in training for over 20 years and have developed and
delivered a wide range of programmes to a variety of individuals and organisations.
I focus on issues such as continual personal and professional development, life balance, personal effectiveness, developing confidence and self-esteem and an understanding of self and others. I am a qualified Trainer and Assessor and possess a National Teacher Training qualification.
In 2004, I designed an 8-week ‘Motivational Personal Development’ programme called ‘Keep your Life on Track’, which was delivered in the Adult Education learning environment. The course was intended to encourage individuals to take responsibility for their own personal development, by way of understanding the principles of motivation and the importance of goal setting as a means to living a more fulfilled and balanced lifestyle.
What sort of training do I deliver?
I
specialise in ‘Motivational Team Training’ away days for small
teams and departments (8 – 16 participants) who may need time out
to re-focus on their objectives. The day consists of examining both individual
and team aspirations with a mixture of fun and interaction focusing on team
priorities and planning for the future. I can organise all aspects of the
day such as lunch and arrange the venue in a relaxing Lancashire countryside
setting.
The cost for a full days training is £595, which includes design, preparation and delivery of the course, training materials and handouts. The cost rises to £945* if I take responsibility for arranging the catering and booking the venue.
